Specific Job Description

Candidate will interface with DCMA, company leadership and internal organizations. The individual will be responsible for performing analysis, leading and administering Property Management program activities to ensure continual accountability of government and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy. Candidate will create property records; develop plans and conduct periodic inventories; develop and submit required property reports; review of new contracts and provide property management guidance; lead and conduct self assessments; review and process loan approvals and transfers; lead and coordinate customer property system analysis; and develop necessary corrective actions to maintain an approved property system, and ensure property is maintained in accordance with contractual regulations and company procedures.
